In 1995 Colleen Gildea co-founded, conceptualized and implemented Interbiznet, an internet publishing company for the recruiting industry. She was first to market in online advertising sales and marketing campaigns. She sold over a $1,000,000 in advertising and sponsorships annually, at Interbiznet, excelling in sales, marketing and internet business development, creating some of the first online advertising and marketing campaigns. At Interbiznet she managed a staff of 25 along with a wide array of vendors and provided logistics for an intensive nationwide seminar series.

Her career has included work in the areas of management, sales, marketing and entrepreneurial en devours. She currently owns an in-home care service company that provides all aspects of assistance to the elderly.

Colleen’s successes began as a technical illustrator and technical editor at Westinghouse Electric. Next, Gildea was the Director of a Salon for the Point Foundation, producers of The Whole Earth Catalog and Review. She also performed freelance Public Relations work, and wrote and edited with Rita Aero, author of Walt Disney World for Adults.

Gildea attended The Catholic University of America and studied Applied Behavioral Science at Johns Hopkins University.

She is the mother of three thriving adults and has healthy, happy parents in their 80′s.
